The Take-Down kit prevents the shutter from slipping off in the event of strong winds or accidental impacts. The Take-Down kit is very simple to use: it consists of a cap, a screw and a bushing and you can install it as in the picture. news AG100: more design, less complication! Our medium-heavy-duty door hinges (AG100 family) are available in a new design. The new AG100 hinges are capless. The acetal resin bushings have been modified and now the bushing comes flush with the hinge. The advantages of the new design The new design makes it possible to: reduce the assembly time of the hinges, given the absence of caps; customise, on request, the bushing, for example by inserting the customer’s company name initial on the top. Please note that the hinges of the AG100 family are subject to cyclic testing (200.000 cycles).
