Testing Area
We created a testing and certification area to check our products and components for durability and compliance to the strict standards that regulate the windows and door manufacturing industry.
Our test area is equipped with a test bench capable of performing specific load and cycle tests as per UNI EN 1935, the European standard specifying requirements for single-axis hinges for windows and doors. A systematic series of opening and closing cycles is performed, together with load and overload tests in order to check hinges’ wear resistance.
CE marking
With regard to CE marking of windows and doors, we are able to provide our customers with the results of initial type testing (ITT), in accordance with the regulations that require cascading of these results by the component supplier.
Other certifications
Thanks to our partnership with testing laboratories and third party certified bodies, we are able to give support to our customers in obtaining other certifications related to aluminium manufacturing.
